Two Nights, Two Buffets, One Delicious Experience
Crave’s Wednesday Taste of Asia buffet is a chef-driven evening built around the bold, layered flavours that define Asian cuisine. This is not a standard hotel buffet. Every dish is prepared with intention, from handcrafted curries simmered low and slow, to savoury stir-fries, fragrant jasmine rice, and fresh noodle dishes that anchor the spread.
Alongside the core favourites guests return for each week, our culinary team introduces rotating chef’s specials and seasonal dishes that keep the experience fresh. A dedicated carving station anchors the centre of the buffet, and a full dessert spread rounds out the evening with sweet, indulgent finishes.

Crave’s Friday Rocky Mountain Buffet is a celebration of where we are and what this land produces. Rooted in Alberta beef, prairie-grown ingredients, and the rustic, hearty cooking traditions of Western Canada, this is a buffet that feels genuinely local, because it is.
At the centre of the experience is our carving station, where slow-roasted Alberta beef is carved fresh throughout the evening. Surrounding it is a spread built for comfort, rich braises, roasted seasonal vegetables, hearty sides, and rotating chef’s specials that evolve with the seasons and reflect the best of what is available locally.
This is the kind of meal that fits perfectly after a day on the trails, the ski hill, or the streets of Banff. Warm, generous, and deeply satisfying. Pair it with a local Alberta craft beer or a glass of wine and settle in for a Friday evening done right.
