Every week, Crave hosts two specialty buffet nights celebrating the flavours of Asia and the best of Alberta.From handcrafted curries to Alberta beef carved fresh at the station, each night is designed with generous flavours and warm mountain hospitality.
Whether you are dining with friends, visiting Banff for the first time, or returning for a favourite meal, our buffets are built for relaxed evenings and great conversations.

Two Nights, Two Buffets, One Delicious Experience
Crave’s Taste of Asia Buffet is a chef-driven Wednesday evening experience inspired by the bold flavours and comforting classics found across Asian cuisines. Guests can look forward to a core selection of familiar favourites, such as rich curries, savoury stir-fries, fragrant rice and noodles, vibrant salads, and a rotating carving station, all complemented by a variety of desserts and sweet finishes.
Alongside these staples, our culinary team introduces seasonal dishes and chef’s specials that change regularly, allowing the buffet to evolve throughout the year while staying true to its flavourful roots. Guests are invited to explore at their own pace and discover something new with each visit. Crave’s Rocky Mountain Buffet is a Friday evening celebration of hearty flavours and rustic comfort inspired by Western Canada. Rooted in Alberta beef, prairie-grown ingredients, and mountain-style cooking, the buffet features a core selection of familiar favourites such as slow-roasted meats, rich braises, seasonal vegetables, and comforting sides, all designed to feel warm, satisfying, and unmistakably local.
Alongside these staples, our culinary team introduces seasonal dishes and chef’s specials that evolve throughout the year while staying true to the spirit of the Rockies. A carving station and dessert buffet complete the experience, inviting guests to unwind and enjoy a relaxed evening that feels right at home in Banff.
