Taste of Asia
Bold, layered flavours from across Asia, cooked by a team that treats a buffet like a menu.
Curries are simmered low and slow. Stir-fries come off the heat fast. Fragrant jasmine rice and fresh noodle dishes anchor the spread, and a carving station sits at the centre of it.
Alongside the dishes guests come back for every week, the kitchen runs rotating specials and seasonal plates, so the table is never quite the same twice. A full dessert spread closes the night.

Alberta beef, prairie ingredients, and the hearty cooking this part of the country is built on.
The carving station is the centre of it — slow-roasted Alberta beef, carved fresh through the whole evening. Around it sit rich braises, roasted seasonal vegetables, and the kind of sides you go back for.
It feels local because it is. This is the meal that fits after a day on the trails or the hill. Pair it with an Alberta craft beer and settle in.
